Permalloy Strip---坡莫合金带

坡莫合金按成分可分为35%～40%Ni-Fe合金、45%～50%Ni-Fe合金、50%～65%Ni-Fe合金和70%～81%Ni-Fe合金4大类。每一类都可做成具有圆形磁滞回线、矩形磁滞回线或扁平磁滞回线材料。

In the sense of ingredient, Permalloy can be classified into 4 categories, like, 35%-40% Ni-Fe Alloy; 45-50% Ni-Fe Alloy; 50%-65% Ni-Fe Alloy and 70%-81% Ni-Fe Alloy. Each of the 4 category of Alloy can be made into the material with Round Magnetic Hystersis Loop, Rectangle Magnetic Hystersis Loop or Flat Magnetic Hystersis Loop.

1J79合金带. 磁感应强度Bs>0.75T; 矫顽力Hc在饱和磁感应强度下=1.2-5.6A/m; 居里点=450C; 电阻率=0.55. 应用于脉冲变压器; 继电器; 磁放大器; 汽车传感器.

1J85合金带. 居里温度=410C; 饱和感应强度=0.8T; 电阻率=55.

 1J50软糍合金带. 较大磁导率=75mH/m; 矫顽力Hc=10; 剩磁率=1.50T

 1J30软糍合补偿合金带. 补偿温度范围: -30---70C

1J30 Compensation Permalloy Strip, with compensated temperature range: -30C---+70C

 1J36软糍合金带. 矫顽力Hc和磁滞损耗Wh低; 电阻率较高; 饱和磁感应Bs高

1J36 Permalloy Strip; with low Ratio of Coercivity and Magnetic Hystersis; high Electric Resistivity and Saturation Induction Density

 1J38合金带/板. 铁镍二元合金. 20C-400C温度下的磁感应强度B/T=0.015-0.24. 应用于电磁回路和永磁回路中的补偿元件.

1J38 Permalloy Strip/Plank; Fe-Ni Binary Alloy, with megnetization B/T=0.015-0.24 under 20C-400C; applied to Compensation Components in the Electromagnetic Circuit and Permanent Magnetic Circuit.

 1J76铁铝合金带. 具有较高的饱和磁感应强度和低的剩磁. 良好的抗大气腐蚀能力; 冷加工性能好, 容易大量生产. 可代替硅钢片. 应用于电磁阀和电磁离合器中的铁芯

1J76 Fe-Al Alloy Strip, with high Saturation Induction Density and Low Remanence Ratio. This type of Alloy possesses fine anti-airerossion ability and perfect property of cold-process orientation, suitable for Bulk Program. They can substitude Silicon Steel Sheet, applied to the Iron Core in the Electromagnetic Valve and the Electromagnetic Clutch.
